I believe in design and research methods that empower people. I'm curious about the origins of cities, and how policy and the public continue to shape urban development. I don’t think there’s ever just one right way to do things.

qualitative customer experience research with The Moment, a Toronto-based design consultancy, across 3 countries and 3 customer audiences for a financial services client
planned, conducted, and led synthesis of 30+ interviews with executive stakeholders to identify opportunities to support resiliency in Toronto's downtown core
wrote a piece for Some Thoughts, a diverse collection of ideas and questions for the future of cities
designed, researched, and more with DoUC, a small interdisciplinary design studio, working on diverse research-based design projects including digital product development, public engagement & workshops, and data visualization
